Annoying!

God I really hate the stupid KFC advert where the kid is dressed like a new romantic and they sing a stupid song about liking chicken on a bone and stuff. Grrrrrrrr! So damn annoying, I keep getting the song in my head after I see it.....think I may have to destroy all tvs.

Oh and can you believe they blew up Dan on Hollyoaks?!?!

Back in London now, woo! Went shopping on oxford street with Han and Mre yesterday. Was cool, I've not got everything done apart from Tara but will sort that tomorrow. Ended up being out for 10 hours! We interspersed (sp?) our mammoth shopping trip with a huge pig out at pizza hut buffet, yumm! It was a bit rubbish tho cos they were a bit slack with getting enough pizzas out at once. Ah well. I love london, it's all pretty with all the xmas lights (I've realised I really like fairy lights and bright things in general!) We went into Hamleys, it's so big there. Had fun trying on this massive dreadlock wig and cowboy hats. I also saw these giant glasses and just *had* to by them. I apologise for my insane grin, you can clearly see how much they excite me!



They also had these life size stuffed spiderman things strapped to a display. I did wonder why anyone would make this type of thing cos they basically looked like dead bodies. I had fun hugging them (no i'm not a necrophiliac) - almost made me wish I had a camera phone.

Had a big long chat on the phone to Bob last. Poor lad had some hard decisions to make, I think he's probably done the right thing though. It's weird that I was giving my ex girl advice but thinking about it he's being doing the same for me for months so really it's not that weird at all! I'm glad we can still be best friends :D

Saw Mr-Infatued-with-for-ages in HMV today. I think I might actually be over him now. Was a bit awkward talking to him cos he was working and stuff but I didnt feel messed up about it or anything so it's all good. He was looking way beardy too. Sorry to all you chin wig lovers out there, but it's just not a good look on some guys!

Kissing rocks

I'm pleased to say I did partake in the rocksoc 3 legged pub golf last night. I did pretty damn good too! I had to down the following: double vodka (neat), rum (tiny splash of coke), baileys, frodo at the hobbit, red aftershock, double tequilla and a snakebite......all of which I managed with relative ease. Disappointingly my team mate Trim couldnt quite manage to down his pint of carling, so I decided to finish it for him - go me! I have come to realise that when it comes to drinking I'm actually quite competitive and something inside takes over and allows me to drink like some sort of fish! Was a probably a good thing we werent successful tho to be honest, cos otherwise it would have meant doing the vodka showdown! So many people were sick in the dungeon, the floor was covered in saw dust and apparently we got asked not to down anymore drinks and bob ended up being kicked out for puking in the toilets! I didn't puke tho, woo! I did lots of kissing instead! Hehehe, kissing rocks ;)

So as you can imagine been feeling slightly dodgy today! As a result I've eaten fuckloads! Went to Burger King (a whopper with cheese was in order) and after a pint of juicy lucy we decided to to the Safeway Challenge - Basically you have £2 and you have to buy as much exciting stuff as possible! So I got some garlic bread, potato salad, tin of beans & chicken nuggets, rhubarb and custard crumble corner and a pack of 3 doughnuts!! There is now one doughnut left and I feel pretty sick!!

Woo, I found out that I got 70% on my individual project. This makes Hannah a happy bunny! I was so worried about it, especially about plagerism, but it looks like it's all ok!

Blink 182 were great on tuesday (Sugarcult were also very good), got well close to the front so very sweaty and squished! Fortunately I managed to escape being kicked in the head which is often a hazard of being close! I've also got some additions to 'People that annoy me in the crowd at gigs'.....

1. People wearing big backs on their backs - they get in the way and scratch
2. Topless guys - they're all sweaty and ming
3. Couples who don't let go of each other!
4. Girls with long hair that gets stuck to everything
5. Guys wearing caps

Travelling on the national express yesterday coming back from london I was pleased to find they had little tv screens showing blackadder. Cool I thought, however to listen to it you had to pay £3 for these special headphones and normal headphones wouldnt fit into the socket. Grr how very capitalist!!

Had fun at Rhino's last night, although I thought the music wasn't as good as usual. Barely a drop of ska and didn't hear many of me fave tunes. Still a good night of course. I made a bit of a tit of myself saying stupid things when drunk. Went up to some guy, told him he was cute and that all the cute guys are at the institute! Going up to random guys seems to be my new thing to do when drunk, I think i need to improve my chat up skills tho, I never seem to have much success!! No harm done I guess!!

Rocksoc 3 legged pub golf tonight. I don't know if I should go, I probably will, even tho I can't afford it and I have an exam tomorrow morning. I think I'm really quite silly!

Yayness, i'm going to see blink 182 tonight at brixton academy. It's gonna be ace. Me and dawson plan to sandwich the gig with drinking in cheap establishments such as wetherspoons. I've only seen blink once before, and that was at reading, it's true that they're not the best singers, but I know all the songs so i'm thinking it's gonna be enjoyable whatever happens. Plus Sugarcult are supporting which is cool beans.

I need to find people to go to rhino's with tomorrow night. I'm crossing all my fingers and toes that Bridget will manage to persuade her lads to come with. Then the world of Hannah will be a happy and joyful place!

Can you believe christmas is two weeks away?! I've barely given it a thought yet! I like xmas though, I know it's commercial and stupid but I like the whole atmosphere. I like the decorations, just makes everything pretty and shiny, and it means fairy lights are everywhere, and that cant be a bad thing!

Went to the ball last night. Was really fun getting ready and next door cooked some lovely food and we drank wine. We got a taxi to the guildhall and it was all quite exciting. Slight anti-climax, I dont think it was really worth the £20 that I haven't given to Rach yet! It was cool seeing everyone dressed up though, there were some lovely dresses on show! I had fun sticking silver stars to my chest and the ceiling looked amazing with all these black and white drapes and star shapped things hanging from them (I do like stars!!) I felt like I was taller than *everyone* in my heels, they make me about 6'1" and I swear about 5 % of guys were taller than me! The guys were rubbish last night, didnt see one hottie, so no kissing fun for hannah!! I think maybe I just have a prejudice against formal wear, give me a guy with some messed up hair and baggy trousers any day!!

Dreamt about Boy1 loads last night. He's so yummy, I wish he could be mine!

Wow! Ash are playing at FROG @ meanfiddler tonight! That would so awesome to see them in such a small club. Grrr, I'm here tho, not london. I could get on a train and go.......lol, I really can't afford to do that though! Have no idea what I'm gonna do tonight actually, perhaps a party at Vicky's.

boys boys boys, i'm looking for a good time

Havent blogged for ages now! Much fun was had a rhinos last night. I'm so silly tho, I was playing box full of sharp objects and in my drunken state I got a bit confused and halfway through the song pressed the wrong button and started playing it from the start! Oops! I might as well write about guy stuff, cos that's what I think about. Talked to Boy1 again last night, which was really nice cos i've not really spoken to him for ages, he's definately top of my list of ppl I want, I just texted him and he replied - woo! Still yet to find out for sure if he has a girlfriend or not tho!! And there's Boy2.....well it turns out he's a big drunken hussy. I've never met such a flirt in my life! We pulled a bit, but he was also being a big flirt with this other girl and they defo were kissing, so he's basically a bit of a slag, felt a bit like he was playing us against each other.... Oh well, it was still a fun night and i'm sure I have a new friend even if nothing more happens!

I didnt make it to my 9am french oral class again. It's really bad, I've been to it twice in 9 weeks!! I'm sure my spoken french has gone right downhill. On the plus side I did actually do my translation homework on time this week! woo! go me!

I've been drunk 3 nights in a row, my body was not pleased with me this morning, had the shakes and everything, really not good!! Oh well, had a rest from drinking today, but tomorrow is the medics ball, which is blatantly going to involve much drunkeness. I'm quite looking forward to wearing my zebra dress and me lovely heels, but I'm also a bit nervous seeing as I'm not gonna know many people there.

I think I shall have to listen to more Jimmy Eat World.

had our houseparty last night, it was ok. i felt a bit lost tho, i feel a bit as tho i dont really know a lot of people that i'm supposed to know. oh well, i still had some fun later, we tied emery to a chair and then dragged him about, got some nice photos, he deserved it tho, i didnt know he was such a twat when he's drunk! I also got sandwiched between two mattresses, which was quite a horrible experience that made me feel like i was being buried alive! something else happened that really annoyed and hurt me a bit but i cant really write about it here.

i still feel like a bit of a loser, i've done no work at all this week, it's quite worrying how easy it is to be a slacker. must stop! went to some good gigs this week also, on tues saw From Autumn to Ashes, Senses Fail, Moneen and Emanuel, they were all really good! On wed it was The Bled, Alexisonfire and Hiding With Girls, was good but not as good as the previous night. I talked a lot of shit when drunk again.
